Four days and three nights, entering at the Shavat border and leaving at Farap. The first night is in a hotel in Koneurgench, the old capital of Khorezm and a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the second in tents and yurts beside the Darvaza gas crater; the third in Ashgabat. The last day is a domestic flight on to Turkmenabat in Lebap and the road to the Farap border.
